Upton Housing Authority is a public housing agency that provides affordable housing for elderly and disabled persons of low income. As a State Public Housing Authority we receive direct funding from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC), who empower the authority to operate, manage, construct, modernize and administer all rules and regulations concerning state public housing.
Our Mission
It is our mission at the Upton Housing Authority to provide Safe, Quality, affordable housing to low income elderly and disabled through the Upton Community, management, maintenance of our existing units and the development of new units.
We create an environment that enables residents to live secure, responsibly and with dignity.
We encourage personal responsiblilty and upward mobility of our residents.
We will honor public commitments in a fiscal and ethically responsible manner to create and maintain the integrity of the agency.

Management | Maintenance
Upton Housing Authority is managed by the Northbridge Housing Authority (NHA)Through a management agreement.
Northbridge will fully manage and maintain the Upton Housing Authority.
